The Iron Warriors engineers are unstoppable, taking 3rd place and breaking the 2267 km/l record!
The Iron Warriors team from Lodz University of Technology achieved an impressive success this season, combining a 3rd place finish at the international Challenge EcoGreen Energy 2026 competition with setting a new Polish Record in the Prototype Battery Electric category.
During this year’s event, held on 19–21 May in Nantes, France, the team presented an improved version of their electric prototype, the Eco Arrow Electric, which achieved 2267 km per 1 litre of 95-octane gasoline equivalent. This is an absolutely record-breaking result in the history of Polish electric Prototype-class vehicles and a significant leap compared to the previous record.
Thanks to stable, repeatable competition runs confirming the high reliability of the vehicle, as well as advanced technical solutions in aerodynamics, electronics, and driving strategy, the team secured a place on the podium, reaffirming their position among the leading groups specializing in low‑energy technologies.
We warmly congratulate the entire team and wish them continued success in future competitions!
