The delegation from Texas A&M University visited IMP to discuss the progress of the H2mJet project carried out under the NATO SPS programme.
At the beginning of the month, the Institute had the pleasure of hosting representatives from Texas A&M University, who visited in connection with the progress of the H2mJet project carried out under the NATO Science for Peace and Security (SPS) Programme. The visit marked an important step in strengthening cooperation between the partners and enabled an in‑depth discussion of the key stages of further research on the development of hydrogen technologies for the aviation sector. The delegation also visited ITWL, where they learned about ongoing research projects and the potential for collaboration in the field of modern aviation technologies.
The project focuses on advancing hydrogen combustion technologies in jet engines and developing a combustion chamber capable of operating on pure hydrogen or hydrogen blends. It is one of the key initiatives supporting the development of future-oriented, low-emission aviation technologies.
We hope that this visit will mark the beginning of further meetings that will deepen our cooperation, enhance the exchange of knowledge and experience, and contribute to the continued development of the aviation sector.
