On 22 September, a seminar by MSc Eng. Aleksandra Woźniak was held, dedicated to analysing the possibilities of hydrogen co‑combustion in a micro jet engine. During the meeting, the main assumptions of her doctoral dissertation were presented, along with a discussion of the current progress of the research. The Individual Research Plan and the objectives set for the upcoming semester were also outlined.

The seminar covered three key components of the ongoing work. The operation of the computational code developed in the EES environment for analysing the Brayton‑cycle turbojet engine was presented, together with preliminary calculation results. The team also showcased CFD simulations of cold‑air flow through the combustion chamber of the micro jet engine. The final topic concerned the first combustion calculations performed in ANSYS Chemkin, including initial analyses of hydrogen‑assisted combustion reactions.

The meeting constituted an important stage in the implementation of the research project, providing an opportunity to present the achievements to date and the plans for further work.
