Turbine Set ORC

A research and education station with full micro power plant station build for the purpose of research on distributed power generation. It consists of turbogenerator, an electric energy coordination system and a set of receptors. In this turbine set we have used four-step turbine that propels a generator with permanent magnets. The rotor of the machine has been propped by aerostatic bearings. The turbine and the rotor bearing are powered by compressed air. The target, designed power source is a low-boiling agent HFE7100. The system is controlled by a PLC Fanur driver, by GE company.

The usable rotation scale is 0 - 30 000 rpm. Built-up power: 2 kW.
